Every foot is different and every shoe is different. We make orthotics with that in mind. Our orthotic blanks are made here in the US at our Troy, MI Lab out of the best materials available.

Top Cover - We offer a variety of durable top covers that are compatible with any lifestyle. Our most popular top covers are EVA and Suede.

Comfort Layer - This layer of Poron is available in 1/16” or 1/8”. Poron provides extra cushion while also working to absorb the shock that comes with every step.

Functional Core - Comprised of a moldable thermoplastic, this layer when heated becomes flexible allowing it to mold to any arch type.

Base Layer - Made from a durable material, this layer can withstand the consistent wear and tear that comes with everyday use.
